At Black Tie Janitor, our carpet cleaning pricing is fully transparent. Our services always include vacuuming, pre-spotting, preconditioning, deep restorative cleaning, and grooming.
While most spots and stains are covered in our standard pricing, some particularly stubborn stains may require additional costs. If special treatments or products are needed—such as for dye stains (like kool-aid, wine, mustard) or pet urine stains—we’ll notify you beforehand.
Our service also includes the moving of light furniture, such as couches, tables, and chairs. However, we do not move large or heavy items like beds, entertainment centers, hutches, computer stations, antiques, pianos, or items with fragile or electronic components.

Whole House Special

Includes Premium Dry Carpet Cleaning for all accessible carpet in your home up to 850 square feet. Service includes vacuuming, spotting, pre-conditioning, and deep extraction cleaning. Additional square footage is $60 per 150 square feet.
